We take pride in the durability and craftsmanship of our timepieces; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective film and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original Bertucci display box, including all manuals and warranty cards, and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping marks are completely covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
